Bruce Rogers Shearing (BRS) based in Geraldine has been in the shearing business for over 35 years.

BRS has an experienced and skilled team of shearers and shed hands, sourced and organised by Pip Te Hopu. Pip has been a part of the team for over 11 years, firstly bringing her experience as a woolhandler to work in Bruce’s sheds, before moving into management a couple of years later.

BRS has been a member of the NZ Shearing Contractors Association (NZSCA) for many years and has held a tertiary accreditation with ACC for more than ten years for its comprehensive Health & Safety policy. Staff are provided with specialised industry in-house training through the agricultural training organisation, Primary ITO.
