Botanica Homestay is a classic villa surrounded by beautiful mature gardens, located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Miramar Peninsula in Wellington, where you will sleep on good quality beds in stylishly decorated rooms, or relax on a comfortable couch in the conservatory.

Botanica Garden Studio is a stylish studio apartment in the gardens behind the Homestay, offering more privacy and tranquility.

You can sit in the gardens and enjoy the flowers and trees or drive the scenic route around the bays and arrive in Wellington City in only 10 to 15 minutes.

In the Homestay you will have the entire downstairs floor for your private use, catering for up to four guests. This includes two bedrooms with queen- and king-size beds, a conservatory, a lounge with Sky TV, a computer and an extra sofa bed for an additional two people, outside sitting area and a modern bathroom for your private use.

In the Garden Studio you sleep on a high-quality queen-sized bed, have a private bathroom and a kitchenette with everything but the kitchen sink. Free WiFi is available in the studio and even the gardens!

The Miramar Peninsula is the home town of The Lord of the Rings surrounded by beaches and interspersed by walkways with stunning views.
