The mission of "Boot it" is to provide the most affordable and effective training program for people of all levels of fitness in Taranaki. We encourage everyone to at least try our sessions, we have FREE Saturday sessions! Come to see how we can take your fitness to another level with simplicity.

We use a combination of calisthenic strength exercises along with high and low intensity cardiovascular interval training. We get you proficient at moving your body around with ease in any manner. That's what functional fitness is all about.

Trainers have extensive backgrounds in fitness from the functional fitness perspective that is military fitness training. Our experience gives you well tailored, challenging and comprehensive training and advice. Every single aspect of the training has progression and regression so that people of any fitness level can get started.

Gary - Head Trainer. Personal Trainer with a varied background. He spent some time in the Hungarian Army, trained and taught Ju Jitsu for 13 years in Hungary, completed numerous running events in Hungary, UK and New Zealand (including one of NZ's toughest off-road marathons). He has delivered Boot It sessions for the past four years both in Auckland and Taranaki.
Gary is a qualified Personal Trainer and is registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) in NZ. He has his Comprehensive First Aid Certificate.

Brenda is a qualified Dietitian that also assists Gary on sessions and provides top quality nutrition advice to all team members and also can provide individualised consultations.
She has also completed numerous running events in the UK, Switzerland, Netherlands and NZ.
Brenda has participated in Boot It sessions for the past four years and has been actively supporting Gary run sessions since Boot It has come to Taranaki.
