When you join Body Buzz you get someone who will support you physically and emotionally. Within the first 2 weeks you will have learnt some truths, myths and lies about nutrition, weight loss and exercise. Results come quickly when you understand what works and what doesn't. A do-able nutrition plan is then designed to fit your lifestyle, including the foods that you like to eat. Vibration Training Machines are used at Body Buzz as they have been proven to tone muscle faster than any other form of exercise. There is, however, the option to sign up for a nutrition only membership. The goal is to get you to the point where you have the understanding and the motivation to keep yourself in shape and healthy for the rest of your life.
