For all non-commercial, personal and family shoots:

Your package price includes licensing of images supplied for personal use only.

You can print, share with friends and family as much as you want, you are not permitted to alter the images in any way nor are you permitted to on-sell the images for monetary gain either implicit or implied.

Body Addictive retains the right to use all images to promote its business.

Cancellation Clause:

On payment of a retainer for any shoot, Body Addictive shall reserve the date and time agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time. For this reason, in the event of a cancellation for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by Body Addictive in order to offset its loss of business.
