About Us

When Hayley Sadler took over the business at Beauty First in 2006, her goal was simple: to provide a welcoming and down-to-earth approach to beauty for real women.

At our calm and comfortable premises in 29 Clyde road, Browns Bay, Hayley offers top quality beauty services from the likes of EmerginC, Gehwol, Orly and St Tropez. Not only can our clients indulge in an hour or so of well-deserved pampering, but they know they’ll enjoy a friendly chat with their therapist.

Ask any one of the Beauty First team to define "job satisfaction" and you'll get the same response: a happy client who feels great about themselves and wants to come back and see us again.

Beauty First's commitment to customer care was formally recognised in 2009, when we were awarded a Highly Commended in the Westpac Enterprise North Shore Business Excellence Awards “Excellence in Service Delivery” category.

Meet the team

Hayley Sadler

Originally from Essex, Hayley moved to NZ in 1996 and settled in Browns Bay in 2000. She fulfilled a lifelong dream when she graduated as a beauty therapist from the Elite International School of Spa & Beauty Therapies in 2006. As the owner of Beauty First, Hayley enjoys carrying out the services – facials and eye treatments are her favourite – and also offering her clients a warm, friendly and relaxed environment. Hayley's husband and two young children keep her busy out of work, but she likes to take advantage of "the simple pleasures of Kiwi life" whenever she can: bush walks, time on the beach, of course, a glass of chilled sauvignon blanc now and then.
