Lisa has always had a passion and a heart for helping and restoring others. Through massage therapy she discovered she could have an immediate and positive impact on a persons life by restoring balance and providing relaxation.

Her goal in creating Be Still Massage Therapy was to create a space where people could come and take a moment to "Be Still" - to take a breath, some time out from their busy lives and through massage therapy enable a positive shift in their physical and mental well being.
