As a professional certified life coach I will help you close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, It’s all about walking beside you when you want to achieve more in your life.
We can work on any aspect of your life which you want to change such as : creating steps to achieve your goals and dreams, personal empowerment and boosting self esteem, overcoming fears and negativity changing your job or career relationships, reducing stress, creating motivation, finding purpose and meaning, improving health, rebuilding your life after trauma............the list is ongoing!

Our coaching relationship is based on mutual respect and trust that brings clarity, commitment and action. I believe that you know the answers to every question or challenge that you come across in your life, even if those answers appear to be obscured, concealed or hidden inside you. My job is to ask the right questions and suggest tools and techniques to empower you to find those answers within yourself.

Our sessions are relaxed and focussed. You will enjoy a safe and relaxing atmosphere while feeling secure knowing that whatever is shared is held in complete confidence.

For me, being a coach is a natural outpouring of being an interested observer. Helping clients move forward in their lives with genuine clarity and purpose is a gift I am thankful for, and I feel pretty lucky to do that every day and call it my job!
