Basketball, netball, touch, cycling, volleyball …. Physical activity has always been and will continue to be an integral part of my life. I have represented my region in all these sports and gained an array of knowledge and skills from this, which along with my studies is helping me to become a great personal trainer.
I spent two years studying at Southern Institute of Technology in Invercargill and graduated in 2012 with a Diploma in Therapeutic and Sports Massage. I then went on to study a Certificate of Personal Training in Christchurch, which will take me through to the end of 2013 when I will become a qualified and REPs registered personal trainer.
