Akhil's Bites & Clicks 3.24

After a real long delay, I finally thought it was time that I set this up and share with everyone. I love food and I love to make my very own, rather than eat out. I love to eat and love to make. And now I thought I'd share it out in the open, so someone can try it out if they wish to or just take a peek. Either way, this page is going to be an archive of what I have prepared so far and what I'll prepare from now on.

In addition to this every time I prepare a dish for the very first time I love to plate it up and take a photo. I'm no photographer but I like to take good pictures. Like wise I'm no chef but love to make good 'edible' food. Combining both these 'Likes' I wanted to use my spare time and the available technology to make it visible for everyone I know.

Whether you like to see the page or try the recipe is upto you. I'll be putting up pictures and recipes of dishes in a way that I make. I don't follow any particular recipe, instructions or procedures etc etc. This is how I make what I make :)

Having said thus far, I'm open to critiques and comments. So feel free to yell out whatever you may want to, but only to the relevant reference point and nothing random.
