We offer the following Hatha Yoga programs at our studio:


Hatha Yoga.
Hatha Yoga for pregnant women.
Hatha Yoga for Elder people (65+).
Hatha Yoga for people with movement limitations.

Regular practice in our studio will safely and gently, give your body a good shape and with that comes a peace of mind! You don't have to be flexible, strong or in shape to start, just come in for a class and experience it! Hatha Yoga is a very effective way to get flexible and stronger with your body and mind. It's a way to come in peace with yourself.

Alle lessen worden op een veilige en rustige manier verzorgt, waardoor uw lichaam en geest in optimale vorm zal verkeren. U hoeft niet flexibel, sterk of in vorm te zijn om aan onze lessen deel te nemen. Kom gauw langs voor een (proef) les en ervaar de vele voordelen van Hatha Yoga!
