Universalis Academic Council 2.81

The Universalis Academic Council represents the interest of UCM student in all academic matters at UCM. The five student members that form the Academic Council work together with students, teachers and staff members in order to positively reflect upon the quality of the UCM's education. The Academic Council also organizes academic events such as guest lectures and future related events. Additionally, the Academic Council starts academic initiaties within UCM.

The Academic Council is there to ensure the student's voice is heard when it comes to decisions regarding the curriculum and matters discussed by the management of UCM and works together closely with Universalis to provide an overarching academic environment within UCM.

The Academic Council has four seats in the Board of Studies together with four staff members. The Board of Studies checks the quality of courses at UCM and meets on a monthly basis. Next to that, the fifth member of the council has a seat in the management team of UCM. The Management Team deals with the the day-to-day responsibilities of the college and other organizational matters. The Management Team meets weekly.
