UN Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals 3.34

The Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (MICT) was established by Resolution 1966 of the United Nations Security Council, adopted on 22 December 2010.

It is is mandated to continue essential functions of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) and the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), after the completion of their respective mandates.
