Join us for an energetic and envigorating Vinyasa Yoga class where you will practice standing poses, arm balances, backbends, forward bends, twists and hip openers in a effective, creative and powefull way. This will help you to elongate your muscles while they are being strengthened, allowing you greater mobility and range of motion
Try out our barre concept classes, this unique workout combines the elements of Pilates, yoga, resistance training and ballet into a highly effective regime performed on the mat and at a ballet barre
Students of all levels are welcome
We offer group and private classes.
Groups are small so we can give personal attention and make adaptations according to your level or needs. If you are reasonably healthy, don’t have serious injuries and want to start changing your body, you are welcome to join this class
