The theme of the SevenSons project is: prejudices.
We all have them, but how do they influence our behaviour?
The best way to conquer prejudices is by making
contact. Making contact and getting to know the story behind the picture.
The sculptures will be displayed in schools and
museums and other public spaces. The seven life-size bronze portraits will be placed on independent bases. This way, they can be presented in any space as an independent
exposition. In the bases, that will be designed to fit the traveling nature of the exposition, a ‘digital slideshow, will play to show the creative process
and (cultural) background of each of the sons.
