This can only be achieved by taking time and by providing professional care and attention. The products used at the hair salon echo this philosophy, as Rolland is made from 100% organic ingredients.
Norberto’s policy for the hair salon is not to compromise in creating for the masses or attaching himself to big names. He rather invests in the relationships with his current and future clients. He believes in staying independent to be able to fully express his creativity and skills. Add to this a dash of Norberto’s wry sense of humour and no wonder Scandal{e} has such a loyal, high end clientele!
