What is it?
If we seek to improve our health and our quality of life, regular physical exercise and an active lifestyle are essential elements. These, together with correct nutritional habits, will allow us to keep our body and mind in optimal conditions to cope with everyday's life.
We usually have an idea of training related to bodybuilding and diets based on artificial food supplements or as something boring and monotonous that is useless. It does not have why to be like this and in fact, with my personalized programs, it is not!

How does it work?
The first step is to arrange an interview (through one of the contact ways you can find at the back of this folder) in order to know your goals, whether I can help you or not and if my work fits what you're looking for. If both parties agree, we sign a personal contract depending on the chosen pack. From there:
• Voluntary medical examination: if you want or if the objectives are very demanding, we will require a medical examination with electrocardiogram and stress test.
• Anamnesis. Session 0 (free): I will ask you some data about your family history, injuries, living habits, nutrition habits, ... to know a little more about you.
• Physical condition test. Session 1: tests you will perform at the beginning and then every certain time to check the starting condition and the training results.
• Program elaboration: based on all the information above, a personal training program is developed for you.
• Putting into practice and monitoring: I will lead every session that will be, of course,
individual, to explain each exercise, correct possible errors and even encourage you!
