This year RAW is expanding to encompass all things art related. Alongside the usual journals which showcase the artistic talents of our students we have gained two additional board members who will be helping us to organise a variety of events throughout the year.

Share your poetry, artwork, music composition, short stories, etc., we accept almost anything creative! These are our guidelines:

Literary Submissions
- poetry
- short stories
- drama
- life & travel writing
- novel excerpts
- literary essays
- graphic stories

Art Submissions
- paintings
- drawings & illustrations
- photography
- digital art
- mixed media
- 3D design
- fashion/costume & textile
- film stills & screen shots

Music Submissions
- tablature
- staff notation


Literary Submission Guidelines:
- 1.5 spacing
- page numbers
- MS Word
- for anything other than graphic stories, poetry, and drama, please include a word count

Art Submission Guidelines:
- please send clear pictures of your artwork (if the work is in 3D, please send photographs of your work from multiple angles)
- title of your work/each piece
- type of media
- preferred file type: JPEG (.jpg)

Music Submission Guidelines:
- both handwritten & digital formats are accepted (providing the handwritten form is legible)
- it is strongly preferred that you submit a recording (either as a file or an online link) of the/each piece along with your submission.


!Important: You can send in a maximum of 3 pieces in total. (Photography/art series and stills/screen shots of the same film count as 1 piece.)!

The RAW Journal Team consists of a Daily Board and an Editorial Board composed of Editors and Editorial Assistants.
