QMA systema 2.33

QMA systema is a systema training group in Utrecht, The Netherlands. The group started training systema in September 2014. Training locations are Bijnkershoeklaan 6 and Burg. Fockema Andreaelaan 9 in Utrecht.

QMA has been a kempo dojo for the past 10 years. Instructors Michel van den Hoeven & Rolf Hetterschijt (kempo black belts, 2nd degree) decided to switch their game to systema after attending seminars with Vladimir Vasiliev and Mikhail Ryabko (Amsterdam, Paris, Munster and Birmingham, 2014).

Systema is very intuitive and teaches you how to move fluently and freely while under attack by several people. Main principals are relaxation, proper breathing and constantly being on the move. Systema is not about stylish forms but self-defense and self realization.
