PROM’ES Event Supplies is jaren geleden begonnen met de verkoop van Tyvek startnummers aan evenementen in Nederland en België. Van begin af aan heeft de focus hierbij gelegen op kwaliteit: zowel in materiaalkeuze als qua opdruk (in onze visie is een startnummer toch vooral een communicatiemiddel van de sponsor). In combinatie met onze focus op de hardloopmarkt heeft een en ander gezorgd voor een uitbreiding van onze klantenkring naar inmiddels 10 verschillende landen. Onder onze klanten bevinden zich ook vele internationale A-merken die ons inschakelen voor producten die zij gebruiken ter promotie binnen het hardloopsegment.

Vanuit de productie van startnummers hebben wij ons door de jaren heen steeds verder gespecialiseerd in het leveren van producten (zie verder) en diensten, speciaal voor hardloop- en fietsevenementen. PROM’ES heeft zich hierbij ontwikkelt tot een echte allround specialist op het gebied van Event Supplies. Belangrijke recente ontwikkelingen hierbij zijn fulfilment en onze chipservice. Door het teruglopen van het aantal vrijwilligers en de opkomst van single-use chips voor tijdregistratie waarbij de tags op het startnummer komen wordt het inpakproces voor evenementen steeds belangrijker én lastiger. Speciaal daarvoor hebben wij machines en producten ontwikkelt die exact doen wat voor deze markt nodig is: snel, 100% gegarandeerd en voordelig bevestigen van tags op startnummers, deze geautomatiseerd voorzien van de juiste code en vervolgens verpakken conform de specificaties van het evenement, onafhankelijk van de timer waarmee gewerkt wordt. Steeds meer evenementen zien de voordelen van deze “ontzorging” en kiezen er dan ook voor om dit complete voorwerk uit te besteden aan PROM’ES.

PROM’ES Event Supplies is a professional producer of Tyvek race numbers with over 15 years of international experience. Since the beginning, our main focus has always been on quality: top quality of material but also the finest quality of printing with the right color management in order to keep your sponsor happy. (In our vision the race number is most of all an advertising tool for sponsors). In combination with our focus on the running market, we have grown to be a real specialist with customers in over 10 different countries. Among our clients there are also many International A-brands that are on us for products that they use for promotion within the field of running.

From the production of race numbers we have developed ourselves as an all-round EventSupply specialist for running, cycling and triathlon. Important recent developments are fullfillment –and chipservice. The decline in number of volunteers and the rise of single-use chips for event timing, whith the tags on the back of the race number, the packaging process gets more important and difficult. Especially when just-in-time delivery is needed.

Especially for events that want their fulfiment being taken care of professionally, we developped our fulfilment and chipservice with a specific focus on the needs of events. We therefor developed special machines and products to give youthe best service possible: quick, 100% guaranteed and cost effective, attachment of tags on the back of the number, including encoding the tags, regardless the tags you use. More and more events are seeing the benefints of this ‘outsourcing’ and therefore they choose to complete this work by PROM’ES.
