Postmastery is the first specialist Email Systems Integrator. We help senders in creating the optimal conditions for email marketing or transactional email. We do this by optimizing existing infrastructure or by providing new solutions using best-of-breed components.

The company is led by Maarten Oelering and Willem Stam, who both have over a decade of experience in the email industry. Maarten currently performs most of the technical duties while Willem mainly takes care of deliverability audits and project management.

Our client base includes Email Service Providers, marketing agencies and other professional senders. They are located in many different countries, including South Africa, the US, Chile, New Zealand and, of course, many European countries. Our clients come from almost every sector – the only thing they all have in common is that they send legitimate email on a professional basis.

We have had a long relationship with Port25, and have worked with their PowerMTA software on a daily basis since 2003. Postmastery partners with Port25 providing licenses, integration services, local support, and optimization services for PowerMTA.

Postmastery is based in in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. From there we work for customers on a remote basis using modern communication technologies or, if needed, on-site anywhere throughout Europe.
