We are currently specialising in "low and long" Smoked Ribs and Maple Syrup Smoked Salmon. We will also cater for vegetarians and vegans, we do require to let us know on making the booking.
We will be doing Smoked Brisket, Rib of Beef, and Beef Ribs, I am going to start next month trialing Brisket until I am happy with flavour, then I reckon will be added in September. We are building the menu step by step so as to not compromise on quality and most importantly flavour factor.
