I opt for small accomodations, local restaurants and regional activities. You visit places you’ve never been to before and return home with amazing stories. It’s very easy to travel through the Netherlands, so that special discoveries are always at a convenient distance. Some are active, some are very laidback and relaxed. I will show you places that the large tour operators pass over or simply do not know. The choice is vast, ranging from Amsterdam to the Waddenzee, and from Zeeland to the Achterhoek.

Holland is a densely populated country, there are more bicycles than people, and for the greater part it’s below sealevel. But, of course, Holland is also known for its typically Dutch images such as tulip bulbs and windmills. Obviously, you need to have seen those as well.
