I recently found out how connected I feel when I cook.

I believe that food is all about experiences. Its not about the destination, but the journey...the flavors journey. That split of a sec that your mouth is filled with flavor's joy....and all you can think is, damn this is delicious!

Silence temporarily takes over the room...so it allows you to enjoy your journey.

My food porn is all about love and sharing.

Some "voyeurism", of course... because my guest watch me prepare and cook the food, and most of the times they offer themselves to help me out. Which, is awesome because everyone gets to interact.

There is music in the background, but what I truly love to hear is people chatting, constantly laughing, drinks going around, snacks passing by...

All it was been said by our guests from my previous dinning experiences is that at the end of the eve you will feel satisfied and blissful.
