In September 2009 My Little Underground was founded by Femke Dekker.
Femke is active as a freelance curator, editor, art-director, DJ, promoter, lecturer and consultant.
Recent activities include organizing events such as Uptown Express, the Dutch premiere of the hit documentary ‘Helvetica’, initiating club nights in Paris, Berlin and London to promote Dutch DJ talent, producing remixes for fashionshows by And Beyond, LEW, Monique van Heist and Orson + Bodil, promoting Dutch artists in a Pop Up Store in New York, setting up the Fur Free foundation and curating various exhibitions such as 'A Common Dialect' for Marres in Maastricht.
