Giovanni Alho is a man with as passion for food and cooking. A man from a well-known Neapolitan family of restauranteurs, and a man with a mission: to deliver the best of Italy to your front door. "Because everyone should be able to eat restaurant quality food. And that's want I want to achieve with my delivery service".
Inspired and taught by his own family, Giovanni established Maccheroni in Amsterdam in 2010 - where nonna can still be found rustling up a dish or two. Simple cookery with fresh, organic products. Authentic, Neapolitan cuisine.
