Ice & Bites is in 2012 gestart met een restaurant op het levendige Mercatorplein. Gebaseerd op de kracht van de Italiaanse keuken:
simpel en eerlijk.
De lekkerste pizza's en pasta's op ambachtelijk Italiaanse wijze. En van maart tot oktober haal je natuurlijk een heerlijk Italiaans ijsje bij ons.

Bij ons kan iedereen terecht. Je kan bij ons binnen of op het terras zitten, afhalen is altijd mogelijk en er is gratis wifi beschikbaar. Hiernaast kan je het thuis of op je werk laten bezorgen. We zijn ervan overtuigd dat kwaliteit niet duur hoeft te zijn. Bij ons vind je de meeste pizza's en pasta's voor onder de 10 euro. Voor elk wat wils.

Wij geloven in simpele gerechten met eerlijke ingrediënten. We maken alles vers. Tomaten en deeg vormen de basis voor de pizza's. Het deeg heeft 48 uur kunnen rijzen en is daardoor lichter verteerbaar. We bakken de pizza’s in een authentieke steenoven voor een krokante dunne bodem. We gebruiken verrukkelijke kaas, heerlijke groenten, uitstekend vlees en onze speciale knoflook-kruidenolie. Geen smaakversterkers of andere toevoegingen. Omdat iedereen eerlijk en gezond wil eten.

Ook geloven we in vernieuwing. Daarom is er de Maandpizza. Gasten kunnen op het formulier hun eigen pizza opschrijven. Geef het formulier af in het restaurant of aan je bezorger. Aan het eind van elke maand maken we de winnaar bekend op onze Facebook pagina. Deze krijgt een speciaal etentje voor vier personen op een datum naar keuze in de opvolgende maand.

We believe in simple dishes with genuine ingredients . We make everything fresh . Tomato paste and dough form the basis for the pizzas. The dough has 48 hours to rise , making it easier to digest. We bake the pizzas in an authentic stone oven for a crispy thin crust. We use delectable cheeses , delicious vegetables , excellent meat and our special garlic - herb oil . No flavor enhancers or other additives. Because everyone wants to eat honest and healthy.

We also believe in innovation. Therefore, there is the Month pizza. Guests can write their own pizza on the form. Give out the form at the restaurant or at your delivery. At the end of each month we will announce the winner on our Facebook page. The winner will receive a special meal for four people on a date at the following month.
