IBS-U, International Business School Union 3.71

The IBS-U is a non-profit student organization, which is part of the Hanze University of Applied Science in Groningen. It has been founded in 2007 as an independent student organization, working to provide recreation and entertainment opportunities for international business students. Until now, the organization has grown at a rapid pace and in 2009 was recognized as an official part of the university.
Now, the IBS-U boasts a yearly membership of over 400 students and organizes several events per month from September to June. Moreover, the IBS-U is responsible for the afternoon and evening program during the introduction week for the first year students, providing opportunities for networking and thus, making the start of the studies a breeze.
