Hotel New York, in het voormalige hoofdkantoor van de Holland Amerika Lijn, wil op eigen wijze de gastvrijheid en de allure van het reizen van toen verwezenlijken.
Het hotel heeft 72 ruime en hoge hotelkamers, de meeste met uitzicht op de rivier. Ook is er een groot café-restaurant, bij mooi weer een terras met zicht op het water en zeven zalen die geschikt zijn voor vergaderingen, lezingen, diners en recepties. Hotel New York is onderdeel van WestCord Hotels.
