Fully furnished apartment in Groningen for rent. Almost 8 years we rent out this apartment mostly to long stay phd student and post docs working at the University of Groningen, (RuG). The apartment is in the Schildersbuurt, near the city centre (5 minutes by bike), and it's a 15 minutes ride by bike to Zernike. The Noorderplantsoen (city centre main park) is a 5 minute walk, as is the nearest supermarket. The apartment is part of a municipal protected architectonial area, because of the typical houses from the ' 30s.

I know the apartment very well, because I lived there myself as a student with a roommate. We rebuilded the apartment and now it's suitable for a couple to live in. The price is all included (furnish, fully equiped kitchen, kitchen utensils, energy, gas, water, internet, sheets, towels, etc). We live nearby so when you're in need of something just give us a call.
