Féminin Pluriel (FP) was launched in 1992 in Paris as a non-for-profit organisation by Beatrice Lanson Villat, with the mission of bringing together influential women who excel through their professional skills, open-mindedness and courage and who share and cherish the values of empathy, philanthropy and mutual support.

Feminin Pluriel women stand for empowerment, generosity and action - “We know that together we can do more, and better”.

Our mission rests on four pillars, which we believe benefit all of our members both personally and professionally:

1. Network: we connect women of all ages in high profile positions to help them grow their businesses locally and internationally
2. Career: we offer a resource platform for members to share experiences, connect, increase their professional and personal opportunities
3. Learning: we bring together a diverse mix of business sectors and generations to enable a fruitful exchange of ideas and experiences, and widen our horizons
4. Inspiration: we organize exclusive events, on diverse topics providing a source for personal growth and inspiration
