Fatigue, negative thoughts, inadequate nutrition, or even a toxic living (or working) environment can also affect your vitality. Relaxation techniques, a healthy diet, and a balanced yoga practice will help retain and maintain your vitality.

With extensive knowledge and practical experience in Yoga, Ayurveda and Holistic Nutrition, I work with you as a unique individual to understand your specific needs, while creating awareness, change and growth, at your own pace so that you can evolve into the best version of yourself.

Trained as a Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Practitioner, I combine the best of western scientific evidence-based research with eastern holistic practices in a unique and highly effective manner to achieve desired results.

I do not believe in a 'one size fits all' approach. Every individual is unique and needs a different approach. So I develop, with you, a customized step-by-step approach to vitality.
