De Hoogstraat Revalidatie is hét medisch specialistische revalidatiecentrum voor kinderen en volwassenen. Landelijk bekend om succesvolle integratie van patiëntenzorg, innovatieve projecten en kennisontwikkeling door wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Deze kennis en ervaring wordt getoetst, gedeeld en gebruikt om jong en oud te ondersteunen met gerichte informatie, behandeling, stevige training en slimme (technische) aanpassingen. Met als doel hen naar een zo groot mogelijke zelfredzaamheid te helpen. Partner, ouders, kinderen en/of vrienden zijn actief betrokken en spelen een centrale rol.

De Hoogstraat is renowned nationwide for successful integration of patientcare, innovative projects and knowledge development through scientific research. This knowledge and experience is tested, shared and used to support both children and adults with customized information, treatment, extensive training and clever (technical) adjustments. The goal is to help our patients cope independently as much as possible. Partner, parents, children and/or friends are actively involved and play a central part.
