De Hridaya Hartschool l is an invitation to work Heart! and joining a journey of Self exploration, which will naturally shift Life from hard work into Heart Work!

At De Hridaya Hartschool we recognize the Guru within ourselves. The Observer and Witness of All which connects us to the Heart - seen as an Organ of Inner Wisdom & Unconditional Love. Here we learn to Trust and Acknowledge Life in all its aspects, recognizing our True Nature beyond any dogma's, mental concepts, emotional story and behavioural patterns.

We Work Heart! allowing One Self to go back to basic, experiencing the natural state of Being as Relaxation, Love & Stillness itself.

More than anything Hridaya Hartschool as a community offers a space of Trust, Openness, Connection & Friendship to be who you are & find your own way.

We offer programs that help to support our journey of recognition in who we really are and help us to open our Selves to the ineffable dimension of our Being. The programs are transmitted in both English and Dutch.
