Crazy Monkey Movement Amsterdam 3.69

The Movement practice is based largely around your body; not a lot of extraneous equipment is necessary. For now we share our walls with a hot yoga studio. This means a state of the art yoga facility with a plant based floor, an incredible water filter system, showers with organic soap, and a beautiful backyard. During the Movement sessions we make it our own with gymnastics rings, hanging bars, weights, squat racks, and more.
