An OUTDOOR Bootcamp training build up out of bodyweight exercises that are constantly varied, intense and functional.

You will train all year round and always outdoor. Rain or sunshine, you can find us at exciting and challenging locations such as the City Park, ENCI, Observant, St. Pieter, Geusselt or Jekerdal. We use everything as a potential training object, think of logs, ropes, weights, backpacks and we regularly hang out under bridges and chase children away from playground climbing rigs… nothing is too crazy for us when it comes to functional training.

Led by one of our trainers, you are assured of a creative outdoor training that will leave conventional "Bootcamp classes" far behind..

We have 2 levels - BASIC and ADVANCED:

BASIC: Every SATURDAY @11 Newcomer in the world of Bootcamp and/or fitness? Start with the basics! Suitable for all fitness levels. Put on your running shoes and join us for a fun hour of exercise in the outdoors with BTCMP BASIC.

ADVANCED: Every SUNDAY @11 Want to push your limits? Not afraid of a little bit of water, wind and mud? Want to test your physical and mental capacity? Join BTCMP ADVANCED!

Not an Unlimited 6, 12 or 18 member of CrossFit Batteraof? The costs for BTCMP are:

• 10x BTCMP card € 90
• 20x BTCMP card € 150
• First (tryout) class is FREE!

• 6, 12 or 18 month CrossFit Unlimited members pay ZERO, ZIP, NADA, NOTHING!

*5 WOD Groupon, 1 or 3 Month Groupon, CrossFit 10-WOD punch card, Open Gym, Beginners and 1 Month Unlimited members need to pay the full price.
**Prices for BASIC and ADVANCED BTCMP are the same.


LOCATION:
The location of the next BTCMP will be announced a few days beforehand via Facebook and the website blog.

FIRST TIME
We recommend you arrive at the outdoor location 10-15 minutes before your first class.
WORKOUT GEAR: It’s important to wear workout gear that you can move around easily in. When selecting your workout outfit do bear in mind that you will work up a sweat and get dirty or wet! Comfortable clothes and running shoes or trainers are a must! Be sure to have water before, during and after your class.
