Welcome to Bella Vita Fitness & Wellness, established to provide fitness, health and wellness motivational clinics; nutritional guidelines and boot camp instruction with the aim of enhancing the quality of life to the international community and organisations based in The Hague and surrounding areas.

My motto “working out should be fun” yes you read that correctly FUN and if you have never experienced this, I challenge you to train with me. Get alternating and challenging workouts from a motivated instructor who is 100% committed. Motivation is one of my greatest qualities.
