Al Metal B.V. is al 25 jaar gevestigd als specialist in bevestigingsmaterialen. Wij leveren een breed standaardprogramma tegen scherpe prijzen. Ons leveringsprogramma omvat meer dan 50.000 verschillende bouten, moeren, schroeven, ringen enz.
Behoudens de standaard DIN artikelen leveren wij ook uit voorraad volgens ISO-, UNC-, UNF-, BSW-, ASTM- en ANSI-normen. Vooral in afwijkende maten en uitvoeringen zijn wij specialist en staan bekend als: Specialist in specials.
Uit voorraad leveren wij bevestigingsmaterialen in roestvaststaal A2 of A4, ook in klasse 70 of 80. Binnen- en buitenzeskantbouten zijn standaard verkrijgbaar in de hogere klasses 10.9 en 12.9. Onze webwinkel wordt wekelijks voorzien van nieuwe artikelen in allerlei maten.
De oppervlaktebedekking varieert van elektrolytisch (blauw/geel of zwart gepassiveerd) tot thermisch verzinken en kan bijvoorbeeld ook worden voorzien van Geomet of van Loctite voor borging van uw bevestiging.
We zijn sterk gericht op de machine- en apparatenbouw, maar leveren ook aan vele andere uiteenlopende industrieën zoals de meubelbouw, scheepvaart, electrotechniek en petrochemie. Technische groothandels wereldwijd weten ons te vinden voor het sourcen van moeilijk verkrijgbare C en D parts, vaak geleverd uit voorraad of anders snel in relatief kleine aantallen geproduceerd.
Onze vestiging in Vorstenbosch is verder gespecialiseerd in bouten en moeren gemaakt uit bijzondere legeringen zoals Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, 21CrMoV5-7, Koperlegeringen etc. Er is een ruime voorraad in titanium en aluminium beschikbaar.

We supply a wide range at competitive conditions. Our product range includes over 50.000 different items like bolts, nuts, screws, washers, pins, rivets a.s.o.
Besides DIN standard products we supply also ex stock according to ISO, UNC, UNF, BSW (whitworth), BSF, ASTM and ANSI standards. Above all, our well known speciality is the delivery of deviating sizes and materials to sample or drawing. Al Metal is known in the market as the specialist for special fasteners.
We have a large stock on hand in stainless steel A2 (304) and A4 (316), also in classes 70 and 80. Hexagon head bolts and socket cap screws are also standard available in the higher grades 10.9 and 12.9. Our webshop will be regularly updated with new articles in all available sizes.
The plating company guarantees excellent finished products: electrolytic (blue, yellow or black passivated) and hot dip galvanizing are the most common standard surface treatments. But also e.g. Geomet or Loctite may be applied.
Besides our focus on the machine and equipment construction we deliver to a great variety of industries like shipbuilding, petrochemical industry, furniture and electrotechnical manufacturing. Distributors worldwide source their hard-to-get fasteners either from our stock or we have them produced quickly in relatively small series.
Our branch in Vorstenbosch, also in the Netherlands, is even more specialized: bolts and nuts made out of special alloys like Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, 21CrMoV5-7, Copperalloys. There is an extensive stock available in titanium and aluminium fasteners.
