ADC-ICT 2.76

The Association of Defence Counsel practising before the International Courts and Tribunals (ADC-ICT) is an independent professional association established under the laws of The Netherlands to represent counsel practising before the international courts and tribunals.

The ADC-ICT is recognised as the official Association of Defence Counsel serving the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals pursuant to Rule 44 of the ICTY Rules of Procedure and Evidence and pursuant to Rule 42 of the MICT Rules of Procedure and Evidence.
