Introduction
To make the highest effort to achieve the best result has been the leading motive ever since 8-Signs was founded in 2010. From 2014, 8-Signs has set as it's major goal to find professionals with the right DNA so they match with the right organisation. Therefore we have a good and thorough recruitment- and selection procedure.

But at least as essential for us is the next step: To introduce the foreign professionals in the Netherlands, to help them restructure their life, their lodgings as well as their role in servicing the organization they are working for. We provide coaching and support, training and education in your service to obtain a successful integration. We are committed to this and we have it recorded in our company's "Quality Assurance Concept".

Work has changed over time. Organizations need professionals who have a mentality to achieve goals. Professionals love to work hard and further develop their skills while simultaneously finding the right balance between work- and private life. The professional candidates that are provided through 8-Signs are recognized by their DNA; subservient, meticulous and active.

The 8 in 8-Signs
The number 8 stands for infinity. This is where the concept of 8-signs is based upon. A concept that is consistently pursued within the organization with 8 basic characteristics for the company, for the professional, for addressing a project and for corporate social responsibility.

Within the Buddhist's philosophy the symbol 8 stands for the right balance in life, for uniting wisdom an methodology and for fully integrating wisdom with compassion.
