Charles Jennings, Vivian Heijnen and Jos Arets each have many years’ experience working with 70:20:10. Their experience includes the theory, practice and vision of the model, as well as the services it provides. They have established the 70:20:10 Institute in response to widespread international demand for information about how 70:20:10 works, and how it can be used.

They have written a book aimed at providing renewed impetus for organisational learning by expanding its focus beyond the 10 and out to the 70 and 20. The book also links learning closely to performance paradigms. This ensures that organisational learning remains connected with, and relevant to, senior management objectives and priorities.
