This Villa is located in "La Esperanza" a project developed by two architects who designed and built their home on this beautiful site, surrounded by open and natural grounds.

Located on the greenest site in San Miguel de Allende, only 3 kms from the Parroquia (main church)

The complex is developed over two hectares of land, and includes the owner's house and two villas, each with full kitchen, dining and living area, one bedroom, one bathroom, fireplace, Internet, TV, and terrace. Each Villa (approx. 62 m2) can host 2 to 4 people max.

The complex also includes two clay tennis courts, gardens, terraces, a barbecue grill under a 100-year old mezquite tree, a wood pizza oven, walkways and the friendly company of many animals: four horses, two donkeys, four Chihuahuas, one Great Dane, one Russian Terrier, one Mexican Shepherd and many other small species, all taken care of by our friendly staff Alfredo, Aureliano, Alvaro and Anita

And if this is not enough, we also host the best Tennis Academy in the region with great tennis pros and players from all over the world.

The two villas can be rented separately or together, hosting up to 8 people. Additional villas are planned.
