In Wine We Lust wines have a vitality that is the essence of our winemaker Sitara Perez, an alumni of the Hugo D' Acosta's prestigious El Porvenir wine school (the Escuelita also referred to as La Co-operativa). Sitara is dedicated to producing wines that reflect a refined, personal aesthetic while still allowing the grapes grown in the region to achieve full expression. Our definition of a good bottle of wine is whether or not you open another, it can be an intellectual experience for subtle palettes and sommeliers or the libation at a casual gathering.
