Tres Santos is a new concept for community and an organic extension of the authentic culture and history of Todos Santos—a small coastal fishing and farming town located 45 minutes north of Cabo San Lucas in historic Baja California Sur. Tres Santos will offer a trio of landscapes—beach, farm and hillside, with two villages now underway: the Beach and Town Farm.

Beach
Life has a tidal rhythm here in an intimate beachfront colony just three miles from town. Artisan shops, galleries, and restaurants combine with sophisticated design and modern conveniences.

Town Farm
A free-range, locally sourced life is crafted around organic farming, vitality, and health. A community garden, views of town, and a rustic charm—are all just three miles to the beach.

Hillside
Find your own space and reach the summit in this stellar backdrop and natural playground for the new villages that will be at the Beach and Town Farm.

Tres Santos HUB
Located in the heart of historic downtown on the corner of Calle Juarez and Marquez de Leon, the HUB is Tres Santos’ epicenter. From bike rentals and yoga classes on our beautiful yoga platform, to restaurant and transportation advice, we are happy to help.
