Since 2009 Garden by Rancho Pescadero has led the way in the organic farm-to-table movement. Our Executive Chef César Pita is passionate about bringing inventive gourmet experiences to our local community. Our dedicated farmers and staff make every meal an inspiring and memorable occasion. Our slapping fresh fish comes out of the water just a few minutes away and is delivered daily. Our organic gardens provide the freshest flavors. If you’ve not been to Pescadero and Todos Santos before then you may not know that the region is one of the largest producers of organic produce in Mexico. So, what we do not grow ourselves we can confidently source locally. We have found regional farms to procure our beef, lamb, chicken and pork. It is our joyful labor of love to bring our community responsibly grown, fresh ingredients from the earth and sea.
