Taco Lab 4.24

Taco Lab was formed when two longtime restaurant industry friends and California natives—San Francisco-based restaurateur Joe Hargrave and San Miguel de Allende, MX–based chef Donnie Masterton—came together to form a little taco joint inspired by Tacolicious, Joe's Bay Area restaurant group. Located in Doce 18, an artisanal concept house, just down from San Miguel de Allende's famous cathedral Parroquia de San Miguel Archangel, the Taco Lab serves up fierce Cal-Mex tacos and great cocktails.

Taco Lab also provides a place for taco-spiration; Donnie's best recipes eventually are featured on the Tacolicious menu in California.
