Rocky Point Bliss is the perfect place to unwind, de-stress, and rejuvenate. Located just outside Puerto Penasco Mexico, on a pristine stretch of white sand beach, near the estuary and the Mayan Palace.
First of all, let me address your biggest concern: Safety/Security. Bliss is located on the 2nd floor of a 37 unit luxury condominium development called Encanto. It is part of the "Mayan Group" and shares the beach with Luna Blanca, next door, and private homes, as well as Mayan Palace 1-2 miles away. The property is gated, and there are long-term employees who maintain the grounds and building. Everyone speaks some English, and the property manager speaks English fluently. The HOA manager is an American real estate agent who makes Encanto his home, along with his lovely wife. It is virtually impossible for random people to come onto the premises, due to security protocols and the location out of town. The property has its own water treatment system, but bottled water is still recommended for drinking.
Encanto is a marvelous destination for a family reunion, wedding, graduation or anniversary celebration, as there are other units available for rent in the building and next door at Luna Blanca.
Bliss comes with a tandem Ocean Kayak so you can explore and experience the amazing beauty of Playa Miramar. Inside, Master bedroom has King bed, with ensuite bathroom (shower, jetted tub, large walk-in closet); 2nd bedroom has a queen futon bed, twin-over-full bunk, ensuite bathroom. Separate powder room. Fully equipped kitchen and dining; outdoor patio/balcony with panoramic views of sunrise, sunset and every moment in between. Ceiling fans, AC and heat, as well as floor to ceiling patio doors allow you to feel comfortable any time of year. The property boasts several pools, hot tubs, exercise facility, covered parking, tennis courts, Jack Nicklaus golf course nearby at Mayan Palace, gated entry, beautifully designed and furnished public spaces, covered parking. It's quiet, safe, and far from the noise and commotion of Sandy Beach or Las Conchas, but just a short drive into town or the Sams Club for supplies. Occupancy Limit 6 people. Children welcome.
