Thank you for your interest in Mar y Rio Apartments Chelem. The following are the standard prices.

Each apartment has:
1 bedroom for 2 and living room for 1 (sofa)
6 sets of hammock hooks (no hammocks provided)
kitchen with standard set of cook ware, coffee pot, toaster
dining room, living room
bathroom with double shower
storage room with wash sink
3 large storage areas for clothes etc.
internet
pool
roof top patio
outside space for each apartment with table and chairs
air conditioning(bedroom only) and ceiling fans, bedroom and living room
screens on all windows and doors
100 meters to the beach, 5 minutes walking to the center of town and stores

Each apartment can accommodate 3 people, with a maximum of 6 people in each apartment.
Rooms will be refreshed with new towels, trash removal, and toilet paper every 2 days. For stays longer than a week, sheets will be refreshed as well.

Low Season: April (after Easter), May, June, September, October, November, December (first 2 weeks)

High Season: January, February, March, April (till after Easter weekend) July, August, last 2 weeks of December

Rio y Mar departamentos les da la bienvenida .a Nuestros departamentos cuentan con una habitacion con aire acondicionado internet,closets ventiladores, hamaqueros, sala, comedor, cosina, regadara , bano, quarto de lavado, y esta totalmente amueblado. por ihual cuenta con vasos ,tasas,platos una jarra cuviertos tostador,cafetera,y de cortesia se les otorga un voteyon de agua purificada un refresco familiar.
los departamentos cuentan con alverca y restaurante

Temporada baja: Avril (despues de la Pasqua), Mayo, Junio, Septembre, Octubre, Noviembre, Deciembre (las primeras dos semanas)

Temporada alta: Enero, Febreror, Marzo, April (antes de Pasqua), Julio, Agosto, Diciembre (las dos ultimas semanas).
