The Puerto Vallarta Dolphin Encounter and Waterpark Excursion is a unique dolphin excursion that allows you to immerse yourself in the dolphin’s world - interact and observe through a snorkeling mask.

Your Puerto Vallarta Dolphin Cruise Excursion begins just a short taxi ride from the cruise ship pier (taxi costs not included). You will get checked in at the Dolphinarium / Water Park and the dolphin excursion trainer will get you set. They will go over the entire dolphin cruise excursion program and tell you what to expect with your dolphins.

Whether you’re 1 or 80 years old, you will be delighted with all you get to learn and simply to see these animals up close. It’s truly an unforgettable experience. You will be right in the water with the Puerto Vallarta dolphins - standing safe on a shallow platform so you can be up close.

Your dolphin excursion in Puerto Vallarta includes: kiss, touch, race, sing, tail walk, and cradle. When you have completed your dolphin program, the fun is not over. There is a tasty snack, cold soft drink and a refreshing water park waiting for you!

The dolphinarium is located inside Aquaventuras Park, one of Puerto Vallarta’s most popular locations and cruise shore excursions. All our dolphin excursions include the Aquaventuras Park admission! Enjoy all the park facilities including the 10 water slides, a tube ride along the slow river, a kid’s playground and swimming pool area, lounge chairs, showers, restaurant all in a gorgeous, natural environment.

If there are members of your group that want to come along but not do the program, they may purchase entrance to the Aquaventuras Water Park and join you! See the order form. The Aquatic Park is open Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Infants are free but you must order a free infant ticket for them - see order form.
