Casa Osborne is a charming two bedroom (sleeps four), two and one half bath, 1600 sq. ft. home in Guadiana, one of the most sought after neighborhoods in San Miguel. It is one block from the neighborhood park and three blocks from the Instituto Allende where art and language classes are taught year round.

The center (Centro) of San Miguel is a flat, fifteen minute walk away. There you will enjoy wonderful shops, restaurants and timeless colonial architecture. On your walk to Centro, you will pass the beautiful Rosewood Hotel and Parque Juarez. One evening, be sure to enjoy the view from the rooftop of the Rosewood.

While at home, the back patio is the place to enjoy a nice breeze and serene surroundings. There is a cantera fountain, tile fireplace and a grill. All you need for a relaxing evening under the stars. Pots of herbs, flowers and avocado trees add color and cheer to the patio.

The house, with beautiful boveda ceilings, has a living room with gas fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a half bath on the first floor. The second floor has a master bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan, wood burning fireplace, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with shower and two sinks, a second bedroom with queen bed, wood burning fireplace, ample closet space, a second bathroom with a tub/shower, a television room, terrace on the front of the house, and a stack washer/dryer.

In addition, there is a one car garage – a real plus in San Miguel! Also included are: a water purification system, cistern, cable television, wireless internet, Vonage for calls to the US and Canada, a local telephone with 100 free local calls a month, and a housekeeper two days a week. The house is stocked with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The housekeeper can stock the kitchen prior to your arrival with your list of items wanted. For the housekeeper to stock the kitchen, please send your list two weeks prior to your arrival. The cost of food, taxi, and a $20.00 USD service fee will be due prior to your arrival.

If you need airport pickup, that can be arranged. The cost is approximately $70.00 USD one way via car for three people with minimal luggage. A larger vehicle may be rented at an extra cost.

Rental fees:
